White Stone Medi Spa is a brand-new luxury beauty, skin and wellness destination opening in Welling, Kent.
We are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician to become part of our opening team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional salon role. White Stone will bring together beauty, advanced skin, laser, aesthetics and wellness treatments within one premium medi-spa environment.
Essential Skills
Applicants should be confident and experienced in:
- Gel manicures
- BIAB / builder gel
- Manicures and pedicures
- Nail preparation and cuticle work
- Waxing
- Client consultations and aftercare
You should be able to confidently carry out treatments independently and deliver a consistently high standard of work.
Additional Skills We'd Love
We are particularly interested in applicants who are also trained or experienced in one or more of the following:
- Massage
- Facials
- Advanced / medical facials
- Laser hair removal
- Laser tattoo removal
- Electrolysis
- Head spa treatments
- Skin consultations
You do not need to be qualified in all of the above. Please tell us which treatments you currently offer when applying.
The Role
Alongside delivering treatments, you'll be part of the wider day-to-day running of White Stone.
When you are not booked with clients, your working hours may include:
- Reception and administration
- Managing bookings and client enquiries
- Client follow-ups
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation
- Stock organisation
- Supporting retail and product sales
- Assisting with social media/content where required
- General duties required for the smooth running of the medi-spa
We're looking for someone proactive who understands that being part of a small, premium team means everyone contributes to the client experience.
About You
You'll ideally be:
- Qualified in Beauty Therapy and/or Nail Services
- Experienced in BIAB and gel nails
- Experienced in waxing
- Professional and confident with clients
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Highly organised
- Immaculate in your treatment standards
- Passionate about beauty, skin and wellness
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Willing to continue learning and developing your skills
Experience within a luxury salon, spa, skin clinic or medi-spa is advantageous but not essential.
