We are looking for a talented, passionate therapist & a Nail Technician to join our Therapy team here at The Beauty Lab. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation. In addition to being a good team player, we’re looking for a therapist who can build a good rappor with clients, whose passion and commitment to the high customer services shows with each and every treatment they deliver and who strives to go the extra mile.
Main Duties
- Greet clients and their guests at reception to deliver a memorable experience
- Support the Team in delivering customer standards and constantly strive to exceed expectations
- Maintain a professional, clean environment ensuring that our clients are comfortable throughout their visit
- Fully understand treatments and procedures to effectively deliver a world-class service
- Ensure that all treatment rooms are prepared and fit for purpose
Requirements
- At least two years industry specific experience within a spa/salon environment
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience with a high end product house preferred but not essential
- Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
- Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
