The Role
As the KS2 Teacher, you will take responsibility for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that challenge and motivate pupils while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
You will work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure every child receives the encouragement and guidance they need to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
- Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Be passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Be creative, adaptable and committed to raising pupil achievement.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Be dedicated to helping every child develop confidence and reach their full potential.
