Alton Towers Resort is seeking Food & Beverage Assistant Managers to drive excellence across our hotel restaurants
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring efficient, high-quality restaurant operations. You will work alongside the Hotel Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily activities, maintain service standards, and support a motivated and high-performing team.

A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager...

Oversee the daily operation of the hotel restaurants, ensuring they are ready for service and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Manage escalated guest queries or complaints and maintain high service standards

Monitor performance against KPIs, support initiatives to drive sales, and control costs, stock, and waste

Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards

Support recruitment, training, development, and performance management of team members
You'll be set up for success if you have:

Experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role, ideally across multiple restaurants

Background in high-volume restaurant or quick-service environments
-
Hands-on, organised, and confident leading teams in a fast-paced setting

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and a variety of shifts
