About the role
We're looking for an experienced, reliable Evening Cleaner to join our team at a school site in Hillmorton, Rugby.
You'll be working after the school day has finished, so it's a quiet, independent role with no evening or weekend disruption to your life. The hours are consistent, the site is the same every day, and you'll know exactly where you stand week to week.
Hours
- Monday to Friday, 4:30pm – 7:30pm (3 hours per day, 15 hours per week)
- Term time only, plus two weeks outside term — 41 weeks per year
- Initial start from 24 August, with the full pattern beginning the first week of September
What you'll be doing
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas
- Washrooms and toilet facilities
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bins and touchpoints
- Working to an agreed daily and weekly schedule, with support from your supervisor
What we're looking for
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar role
- Reliability and good timekeeping — the school depends on us being there
- Pride in your work and a genuine eye for detail
- The ability to work well on your own
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (we arrange and pay for this)
