We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our team, at our beautiful country pub. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our establishment, ensuring that our culinary and hospitality standards are met consistently.

Responsibilities
- overseeing daily operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies.
- Train new staff on culinary techniques, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a culinary or hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for food preparation and service excellence.
