The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students in completing their work and staying engaged.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and productive classroom.
- Adapt confidently to different schools and year groups.

- Strong communication and classroom management skills.

- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
