The Role:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Provide high-quality classroom cover in mainstream primary schools
- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in specialist and inclusive settings
- Adapt teaching to meet the individual needs of learners
- Create a positive, nurturing and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an experienced HLTA qualification
- Recent experience working within UK primary schools
- Confidence teaching across a range of year groups
- A flexible, reliable and positive approach
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for helping every child reach their potential
