The Role
Minimum Band 5 Nurse : To deliver sub-cut Injection Clinics for the treatment of primary hyperlipidaemia. Giving an injectable prescription medicine to adults with high blood cholesterol levels.
Must have knowledge & experience of EMIS and have a SMARTCARD.
We are looking for nurses to cover the clinics below / can be very flexible
Day/Time : Flexible on Days - Monday to Friday (am or pm)
Location : Ashtrees Surgery, Lancaster, LA5 9JU
Day/Time : Flexible on Days - Monday to Friday (am or pm)
Location : Various GP Practices in the Preston Area
Salary : fully negotiable depending on experience
