Support Worker – Female Only
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable female Support Worker to support a very intelligent young woman with complex emotional needs.
Working hours: Monday, Thursdays and every other Saturday. Between 10-15 hours per week, depending on whether you are working Saturday.
About the Role:
- Provide consistent, person-centred support to a bright and capable young lady
- Maintain strict professional boundaries at all times due to significant attachment difficulties
- Support may include accompanying the client and her family on up to two-week holidays (UK and/or abroad)
- Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
Essential Requirements:
- Female support worker
- Calm, emotionally mature, and confident in maintaining professional boundaries
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle with business insurance
- Willingness to complete MDT training prior to starting
- Ability to work closely with family members and professionals
Desirable:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with complex emotional needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
This role would suit someone who is compassionate, professional, and able to provide consistent support while maintaining clear boundaries.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £17.50-£18.00 per hour
