Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operatives (part-time) for the following roles:
Hagley Surgery - Monday - Friday, 18:00-20:15
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in designated areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests courteously and professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS
- Must be able to provide 2 references
- Good command of English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and organised with a keen eye for detail
Pay: £12.71 per hour
