Requirements for Health Club Professional
- A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team
- Level 2 (minimum) Gym Instructor qualification
- Competent swimmer – NB a swimming assessment will take place as part of the recruitment process
Responsibilities for Health Club Professional
- Reception duties
- Lifeguarding – full training for NPLQ National Pool Lifeguarding
- Qualification) available to the right candidate if not already held
- Cleaning & maintenance
- Gym instruction / supervision, including exercise programmes and member inductions
- Health & Safety

- competent swimming: 1 year (required)
