We are currently recruiting experienced Male and Female Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living independently in their own homes in Nottingham.

The Role
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing person-centred care
- Supporting clients with daily living activities
- Providing personal care where required
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with daily routines
- Following individual care and support plans
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting dignity, choice, privacy and respect
- Working professionally with clients, families and the wider care team
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Access to a reliable vehicle – essential
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care role
- Caring, patient and respectful approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Working Hours & Pay Structure
Staff are paid for their agreed working time blocks. Please note that mileage is not paid.
Working hours and schedules may vary depending on client requirements and allocated care packages.
