WE’RE HIRING – SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT MANAGER
We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Supervisor/Assistant Manager to join our hardworking and friendly team!

The Role
As a Supervisor/Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations. You’ll lead and motivate the team, maintain high standards of food and service, and help create a positive and energetic environment for both our guests and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Supervising daily kitchen and service operations
-Ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
-Leading, motivating, and supporting team members
-Delivering excellent customer service in a lively and welcoming manner
-Maintaining food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and food-handling standards
-Assisting with stock control, inventory, and ordering supplies
-Training new team members in food preparation, service, and safety procedures
-Working closely with management to improve operations and guest satisfaction
-Supporting special events, promotions, and busy service periods
-Helping ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous supervisory or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
-Strong experience in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
-A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team
-Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Good understanding of kitchen operations, food handling, and sanitation
-Most importantly, a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating great guest experiences
