岗位职责仓库运营管理
- 全面负责仓库日常运营，确保收货、上架、库存管理、拣货、包装及发货工作的顺利进行。
- 确保所有运营流程符合公司标准、安全规范及客户要求。
- 持续优化仓库作业流程，提高运营效率及准确率。
库存管理
- 负责库存准确性管理，确保库存数据真实可靠。
- 定期组织库存盘点及循环盘点，并分析及解决库存差异。
- 建立并持续优化库存管理流程。
团队管理
- 负责仓库员工的招聘、培训、排班及日常管理。
- 制定团队绩效目标，并持续提升员工工作效率及专业能力。
- 建立积极、高效、安全的工作环境。
系统与流程优化
- 熟练使用WMS及ERP系统管理仓库运营。
- 持续优化仓储流程及标准作业流程（SOP）。
- 与澳大利亚总部及其他部门保持良好沟通，确保运营顺畅。
成本控制与绩效管理
- 合理控制仓库运营成本，提高资源利用率。
- 建立及监控关键绩效指标（KPI），包括生产效率、库存准确率、订单准确率及发货及时率。
- 利用数据分析持续改善仓库运营表现。
任职要求
- 具有3年以上仓库管理或物流管理经验。
- 熟悉英国仓储及物流行业者优先。
- 熟悉WMS、ERP等仓储管理系统。
- 具有电商仓储或第三方物流（3PL）行业经验者优先。
- 具备优秀的团队管理及领导能力。
- 良好的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门及客户有效合作。
- 具备较强的数据分析及问题解决能力。
- 工作认真负责，具备较强的执行力及抗压能力。
- 普通话沟通能力者优先考虑。

Warehouse Manager

About Us
Cargo Solutions Group Pty Ltd is one of Australia's leading third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Following our continued business growth, we have established Cargo Solutions Group UK Pty Ltd and are rapidly expanding our operations in the UK.
Our UK warehouse, located near Birmingham, provides warehousing, fulfilment and logistics solutions for e-commerce customers. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive continuous improvements in efficiency, service quality and team performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company procedures, health & safety regulations and customer requirements.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes to maximise productivity, efficiency and accuracy.
Inventory Management
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Organise regular stock counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Develop and improve inventory control procedures.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise and develop warehouse staff.
- Manage employee performance, scheduling and productivity.
- Foster a positive, safe and high-performing working environment.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Operate and optimise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with the Australian head office and other departments to ensure smooth operational performance.
Cost Control & Performance Management
- Control warehouse operating costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, inventory accuracy, order accuracy and on-time dispatch.
- Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Previous experience within the UK warehousing and logistics industry is preferred.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfilment or third-party logistics (3PL) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin speaking is highly desirable.
