We work with major brands across industries in helping them create compelling and inspirational content in areas such as innovation, sustainability, and leadership.
We are looking for a talented Line Producer to assist our Production team.
As a key member of our successful Video Production Team, you will be working across a broad range of exciting productions – from corporate communications through to high-end branded content, immersive media and more.
Reporting to the Senior Line Producer, this is a full-time opportunity for a skilled Line Producer looking to make a step up.
This is an exciting role and would suit someone with strong admin experience, who's looking for their next challenge and wants to work in a young team at a dynamic, creative company in London.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication
- Knowledge and familiarity of the film/video production process is an advantage but not a must
- Efficient supervision and control of client projects from inception to conclusion, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Organised, efficient, self-motivated.
- Document and troubleshoot projects and spot issues ahead of time
- Liaising with colleagues and external suppliers
- Keeping the Project Tracking System up to date with the production process
- Working closely with Film Crew, Directors, Account Managers, as well as Senior Management within the business
- Managing logistical elements for the filming day involves coordinating crew schedules, generating call sheets, arranging travel, and hiring freelancers—all while adhering to budget constraints.
Personal specification
- Min. 2 years admin experience, for example as Office Manager/Project Administrator/Production Assistant, can be from a customer service environment (media / film productions background is advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible and friendly client management style
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt your skills and approach to a broad range of project types
- Exceptional people skills
- Experience of using project management platforms and web tools of advantage but not essential
- Strong working knowledge of software packages including MS Office
