Cleaning Supervisor – Nights (Part-Time)
Location: Modern museum, Knightsbridge, London (next to Harrods)
Hours:
- 4-hour night shifts
- 10:00pm – 2:00am (22:00 – 02:00)
- 5-6 shifts per week
Pay:
- £13.50 per hour – PAYE
- £15.00 per hour – Self-Employed (UTR)
About the Role
Guardsman Security Group Limited is looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our evening cleaning operation at a prestigious modern museum in Knightsbridge.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead by example while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the nightly cleaning operation.
- Manage and work alongside one other night cleaner.
- Oversee the weekend cleaner and ensure standards are maintained across all shifts.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Report any maintenance issues or stock shortages.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures and COSHH requirements are followed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and excellent standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor is essential.
- Commercial cleaning experience within high-end, hospitality, retail, museum or similar environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and motivate a small team.
- Right to work in the UK.
