Overview
The Prep Rooms is seeking talented and self-motivated Self Employed Nail Technicians to join our dynamic team. You will also benefit from using our in-house marketing team, driving sales through out the year, with lots of in house cross collab available with our Hair, Beauty and Dental teams. This is a real opportunity to earn BIG in a thriving salon, the only offering on the new Castle Hill development in Ebbsfleet. Daily chair rent with the introductory offer of £60 per day, with the salon providing the environment, marketing, booking system etc.
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Nail Technician to operate independently within a flexible working environment. As a Self Employed Nail Technician, you will provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments, to a diverse client base. This role offers the opportunity to build your own client portfolio whilst maintaining the freedom of self-employment. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and a passion for beauty and skincare are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Deliver high-quality nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art customised to client preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Manage appointment scheduling and client consultations effectively
- Advise clients on nail care routines and suitable products or treatments
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty therapy role is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster repeat business
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments efficiently and maintain hygiene standards diligently

Pay: £2,000.00-£8,000.00 per week
