HLTA - Hinckley (LE10)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours A Week) term time only
Pay: From 95 per day (PAYE - no umbrella deductions)
Job Description: Justteachers are working in partnership with a primary school in Hinckley who is looking to appoint a HLTA to join their experienced and established team. The role itself will be to support teaching and learning across multiple year groups.
Key Requirements:
- Lead whole-class lessons when required.
- HLTA status or significant TA experience.
- Strong curriculum knowledge.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Flexible and proactive approach.
- Deliver interventions and small group sessions.
- Support lesson planning and preparation.
- Assess and monitor student progress.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £95.00-£105.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leicester, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
