BASIC Based on up to 55 hours per week (11 Hrs a day) £14.50 per hour
OVERTIME RATE 11+ M-F
11+ Hours Mon-Fri £17.50 per hour
NIGHT OUT ALLOWANCE
TAX Free £26.20 per night
MEAL ALLOWANCE
TAX free £10.00 per day
OVERTIME RATE
Paid for Hours on Weekend/Bank Holiday
£17.50 per hour
SPLITTER BONUS- Day

Role Overview
LME Recruitment is searching for reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join our busy logistics team in Southampton. If you pride yourself on delivering goods safely and on time, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Transporting goods nationwide
Carrying out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
️ Coordinating with the transport office for route planning and delivery schedules
Keeping accurate logbooks, delivery records, and paperwork
Securing loads and ensuring all cargo is transported safely
Following all safety regulations and maintaining a safety-first attitude
Providing friendly, professional customer service at every delivery point
Looking after your vehicle, both inside and out
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Holiday Allowance: 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays, rising with length of service)
