We are seeking a Wellness Operations Director to lead wellness service operations, improve workflow performance, oversee team coordination, and support continued business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader with a background in wellness services, client support, health and wellbeing programmes, service delivery, or business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily wellness service operations, client support workflows, and programme coordination
- Oversee team performance, service standards, scheduling, reporting, and operational planning
- Coordinate with clients, service partners, vendors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor service quality, client feedback, workflow efficiency, and operational risks
- Develop process improvements to strengthen productivity, client satisfaction, and service delivery
- Support staff development, training, performance monitoring, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, business updates, and operational recommendations
- Ensure all activities follow company procedures, confidentiality expectations, and service timelines
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in wellness services, operations management, client services, programme management, health and wellbeing support, or service delivery
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with service teams, clients, vendors, wellbeing programmes, or operational support functions is an advantage

Pay: £78,000.00-£108,000.00 per year
