Your Role
Project Manager responsible for leading a portfolio of Aftermarket platforms, ensuring successful delivery against cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Aftermarket projects, ensuring delivery to agreed cost, schedule, quality, and performance targets.
- Act as the primary customer contact at working level, maintaining strong relationships and monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Develop, maintain, and control project schedules, baselines, milestones, and performance data.
- Gather, analyse, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to support informed decision-making.
- Lead and administer project governance activities, including risk reviews, change control boards, and programme reviews.
- Produce and support internal and external project reporting, documentation, and governance deliverables.
