- Co-owns pre-production data assurance and testing under Continuous Data Assurance (CDA) strategy
- Critical to embedding “Data Quality by Design” into SDLC
- Central to improving maturity of Data Quality Management (DQM) capability (testing + ongoing monitoring)
- Co-owns Data Testing strategy, execution and innovation for a Risk Intelligence dataset under CDA framework with another member of the Data Management team
- Designs and completes data testing scenarios across deterministic and agentic pipelines to provide confidence on data quality prior to release in production.
- Analyze data to be tested and/or agent performance (HiTL rates, confidence scores)
- Define CDA testing scenarios, test cases and scorecards based on business priorities
- Propose and innovate testing approaches using deterministic and AI methods including evals to prove/disprove feasibility
- Generate production test data sets (Golden, representative etc.) to ensure sufficient confidence
- Produce, lead and continuously improve synthetic data for testing in lower environments
- Raise requirements to BA’s to enable data testing plan execution and enhance speed and effectiveness
- Produce and implement data testing plans in the data environment for milestone roadmap deliveries to enable data assurance and on time delivery.
- Collaborate with content SME’s in Operations to gather rapid feedback on each test cycle
- Raise Risks, Dependencies, Assumptions and Issues to Program Management
- Implement Data Assurance Testing (DAT) and regression testing, raise data quality issues and report results via Data Testing Scorecards
- Implement source-to-product reconciliations and data lineage validation and hand over to Data Quality manager for post-production monitoring.
- Conduct client impact assessments on testing outcomes and log acceptable differences, risk acceptance outcomes and remediation plans.
- Present data testing updates at monthly Data Quality Forum to Director-level collaborators across Product, Data and Content Operations

- Engineering-oriented, structured, precision-driven
- 5+ years in Data Testing, QA or Data Engineering
- Strong experience in data regression testing and large-scale data validation
- Experience with AI/LLM evaluation techniques (golden datasets, semantic testing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
