J&T Express is a leading global logistics company operating in more than 25 countries and regions worldwide. As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive Network Operations Coordinator to join our London Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving practical problems and gaining hands-on experience in logistics operations. Previous logistics experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Office-based with regular travel across London
Occasional early starts, evening support or weekend operational visits may be required depending on business needs.
About the Role
As a Network Operations Coordinator, you will support the daily operation of J&T Express UK’s last-mile delivery network.
This is not a desk-based role. You will regularly visit delivery partners, warehouses and operational sites, helping to solve day-to-day operational issues and ensuring smooth delivery operations.
You will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams and delivery partners while building strong working relationships across our network.
Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop a career in logistics and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of assigned delivery partners (CSPs).
- Visit delivery stations and partner depots to monitor daily operations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with delivery partners and warehouse teams.
- Accompany delivery drivers on delivery routes to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support warehouse parcel sorting and dispatch operations when required.
- Help resolve day-to-day operational issues on site.
- Coordinate communication between delivery partners, warehouses and internal teams.
- Prepare basic operational reports and maintain operational records using Excel.
- Assist with onboarding new delivery partners and supporting new area launches.
- Provide operational support during peak periods and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident working with people from different backgrounds.
- Comfortable travelling across London and working on-site.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage, but is not essential:
- Logistics
- Warehousing
- Transportation
- Retail
- Hospitality
- Customer Service
- Field Operations
- Sales or Business Development
Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
A full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
Working Environment
This role involves a combination of office work and regular field visits.
Typical activities include:
- Visiting partner warehouses and delivery stations
- Supporting live delivery operations
- Accompanying drivers on delivery routes
- Building relationships with delivery partners
- Monitoring operational quality
- Solving operational issues on-site
- Supporting new operational launches
Regular travel across London, and occasionally other UK locations, is expected.
