Maintenance Electrician
Permanent, Full Time Carlisle / Barrow / Brampton / Cumbria / Wigton
Salary £39,154 including callout fee + Van + Door-to-Door Travel and Excellent Package
We are working with a highly reputable and well-established facilities management contractor providing building maintenance services to clients across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician to join their mobile engineering team, working across a regional retail portfolio.
The Role
· Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across retail and commercial sites.
· Complete electrical PPMs, fault finding and reactive repairs.
· Carry out minor installations, alterations and associated electrical works.
· Complete some general building maintenance repairs where required.
· Work independently across a mobile regional portfolio.
· Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
· Provide a professional service to clients and site teams.
· Complete job reports and relevant documentation accurately.
The Person
· Qualified Electrician with Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
· 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
· Previous experience carrying out electrical maintenance across commercial sites.
· Strong background in PPM and reactive maintenance.
· Comfortable working in a mobile role and travelling across the region, with further travel when required.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Good IT skills.
· Professional, reliable and able to work independently.
Package
· Salary £39,154 including callout fee.
· Company vehicle.
· Travel paid door to door.
· Monday to Friday.
· 40 hours per week.
· Callout rota – 1 week in 4.
