Overview
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various outdoor and construction projects by performing essential manual tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform routine site cleanup, debris removal, and material transportation to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols during all activities and report any hazards or issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to complete project tasks efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of general site maintenance practices
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work responsibilities
Pay: £150.00-£180.00 per day
