The River House, regarded as one of the best venues in Swansea, is a high quality restaurant and lounge, which delivers the highest level of customer service ensuring that customers have a great experience. Situated in Swansea's prime SA1 area, it has one of the best locations in Swansea with the advantage of great views over the marina.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic assistant manager to join our team. The position is full-time. As a part of our management team you will have to work hard and engage with customers and staff and work very efficiently as the venue gets very busy during peak times and weekends. Managing up to 18 staff, you will have to ensure other staff are carrying out their duties efficiently and effectively. You will also have input in marketing and sales initiatives. Your role will be to interact with a variety of different people, generate business ideas and opportunities and run the venue in the absence of the general manager. A high level of conversational English is essential. We have promotional opportunities for the best performing staff. Candidates MUST have experience of working in a restaurant and bar environment and managing staff. Role is based on an average of 40 hours per week.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
