Roofing Working Foreman / Forewoman – Revive Property Services
Revive Property Services is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Roofing Working Foreman / Forewoman to lead roofing works on site. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading from the front, managing small teams while still actively carrying out roofing work when needed.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day roofing works on residential and social housing properties
- Managing and supporting a small team of roofers and subcontractors
- Carrying out hands-on roofing works when required
- Planning and organising labour, materials, and site activity
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Carrying out quality checks, snagging, and final inspections
- Liaising with the office team, clients, and tenants in occupied properties
- Keeping basic site records (photos, job notes, H&S checks)
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Roofing Foreman / Supervisor / Lead Roofer
- Strong background in roofing (flat and pitched)
- Confident working in occupied properties and representing the company professionally
- Organised, reliable, and able to problem-solve on site
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- SSSTS/SMSTS preferred (or willing to work towards)
