What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to generate leads and book appointments
- Following up enquiries and turning them into quotes and booked work
- Building and sending email campaigns/newsletters to clients and prospects
- Updating and maintaining our website (content, images, service pages)
- Coordinating marketing projects, deadlines, and budgets
- Building relationships with clients, developers, and referral contacts to drive repeat business
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Confident telephone manner and strong written English
- Comfortable with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and basic website platforms (e.g. WordPress)
- Well organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Construction, trades, or property experience a bonus but not essential
