We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our production. Duties
- Strip and fill moulds with concrete and reinforcing
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Support skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:15-16:45
Friday 08:15-15:45
Starting pay of £13.25/hour, this will increase after a six month probationary period to £13.50/hour
