We’re looking for a confident and passionate Assistant Hospitality Floor Manager to join our exciting team to help take charge of the day-to-day running of our café floor. Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, you’ll ensure smooth service, support your team’s development, and help create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the floor during service, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Motivate and supervise front-of-house staff, promoting a collaborative and professional atmosphere.
- Deliver first-class customer service, addressing guest needs and solving problems in the moment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to keep orders flowing and service sharp.
- Support team training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Help manage the stock of café essentials.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety policies.
What we are looking for.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality or food service.
- A natural communicator with a calm, clear, and positive approach.
- A hands-on leader who sets the tone and leads by example.
- Passion for delivering fantastic customer experiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.
- A genuine interest in good food, people, and creating a welcoming environment.
