Technical Operations Lead - 35 Hours per week

Salary: £34,000.00 - £37,000.00 per annum

Location: This role is predominantly based at our head office near Stoneleigh,Warwickshire, with some flexibility to work remotely.
Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week — with an early finish on a Friday! There may be a limited requirement for infrequent out-of-hours working to support projects and/or major service incidents.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing hands-on 2nd line support across all BHS environments.

Acting as a technical escalation point for complex support issues.

Leading technical delivery for operational projects and service improvements.

Coordinating significant IT incidents and driving issues through to resolution.

Improving support processes and ITIL-aligned operational practices.

Managing relationship with technology suppliers and support partners.
What you won’t be doing:

Doing repetitive tasks all day or battling unnecessary process.

Working in a siloed support environment or unsupported team.

Standing still technically, or being removed from technical projects and improvements.
