An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to lead delivery of the Transforming Roles (TR) programme and Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) governance across NHS Tayside.
This is a key leadership role at a time of significant change, supporting the modernisation of nursing and midwifery roles and ensuring organisational readiness for Advanced Practice regulation. Key Responsibilities would include:

Lead implementation of national Transforming Roles recommendations
- Support development and governance of advanced practice roles

Strengthen NMP governance, assurance and prescriber oversight
- Enable workforce planning, role redesign and career pathway development

Contribute to organisational readiness for future regulatory requirements
You will be an experienced nurse educated to Masters Level with strong leadership, clinical credibility, and a sound understanding of advanced practice and non-medical prescribing. You will be skilled in influencing, collaboration, and leading complex programmes of work across services.
