Responsibilities

- Verify legal drinking age and adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, creating a lively and welcoming environment.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, handling bills and payments with basic math skills.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to uphold food safety standards and prevent accidents or contamination.
Experience
- Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in serving or bartending roles is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
