Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Ground Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing, and turf care to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently for site preparation and ongoing maintenance
- Support excavation activities using equipment like excavators or manual methods to prepare sites for construction or planting projects
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and health of landscaped areas
- Perform routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects, including site clearing, groundwork, and material handling
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic maintenance procedures demonstrates practical skills for the role
- Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety
- Some experience working with construction or landscaping teams will help you excel in this energetic environment
