Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking Skilled Construction Operatives for Groundworks based in the Castledawson area.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Standard site hours (may vary depending on project requirements)
Pay Rate
- Competitive rate depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out groundworks on void and tenanted properties
- Kerbing, flagging, fencing and block work
- Concreting and general site duties
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous construction or groundworks experience
- CSR Card (Essential)
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
