An exciting opportunity has become available for a Boutique Style Adviser to join the Holland Cooper team and work in our luxury, high fashion flagship boutique based in the Cotswolds.
As a Boutique Stylist, you will assist in ensuring a slick operation is provided so that our customers can enjoy a seamless one on one experience during their visit. You will guide our clients through each collection offering expertise and guidance throughout to give the best possible service.
We believe in a service led culture, breathing life back into old retail skills by delivering an immersive, personal Holland Cooper brand experience for our customers.
The boutique is the heart of the brand and as such we are looking for someone with an eye for detail who can also help to maintain visual standards within the store.
Role Purpose:
They provide unique, memorable, sophisticated, and everlasting experiences to all Holland Coopers clients. They also support the management team and colleagues while consistently upholding our Holland Cooper image, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Delivering exemplary one-on-one customer experience with exceptional product knowledge, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered while resolving customer queries. Also ensuring customer complaints are escalated to the management in a professional manner.
· Delivering the sales performance by achieving personal and boutique KPIs.
· Hosting personal styling appointments, with the ability to style the client, and build lasting relationships
· Ensuring Knowledge is kept up to date with Company bestsellers and new launches.
· Promoting the personal styling appointment service to clients, to drive boutique revenue and loyalty.
· Keeping up to date with new products launching and key trends over the seasons.
· Developing and building relationships with clients and VIPs.
· Building relationships and giving feedback within internal teams.
· Assisting with Boutique events and PR appointments.
· To process sales, refunds and returns efficiently and accurately.
· Replenishing the boutique according to company’s procedure and assisting with Visual Merchandising tasks.
· Carrying out Operational stockroom tasks, as requested.
· Maintaining impeccable boutique presentation, ensuring visual displays uphold HC’s premium aesthetic.
· Always acting as a brand ambassador and wearing the uniform with pride, to the brands guidelines

· Demonstrates a luxury mindset with strong attention to detail across styling, service, and presentation.
· Strong product knowledge with the ability to articulate brand heritage and key styling looks over the seasons.
· Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced boutique environment.
· Proactive, enthusiastic, and with a problem-solving attitude.
· Strong organizational skills
Skills/Experience Required:
Required:
· Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within premium or luxury fashion
· Styling ability with confidence in offering personalized product recommendations
· Confidence in learning or using POS systems and basic retail technology.
Desired:
· Experience in luxury fashion, personal styling, ales or boutique retail.
· Familiarity with working with VIP clients and public relations
· Visual merchandising experience
· Proven track record in achieving sales or service KPIs
