Why You?
As a Receptionist at Broadwick Soho, you will be at the very centre of the guest journey – from the warmth of a first welcome to the seamless efficiency of check-in, and every interaction in between. You will handle guest enquiries, manage reservations, process payments, and coordinate with teams across the hotel, all with the calm confidence and personal touch that makes our guests feel genuinely valued and cared for.
But this role is about so much more than the desk. It is about embodying who we are – being embracing, creative, generous, and playfully exquisite – and ensuring that every single guest leaves with a memory that goes beyond their expectations. You will be the person who notices the details, remembers the names, and turns an ordinary stay into something truly special.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to support different areas of the operation to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work closely with brilliant people across the hotel, operating as one seamless team with a shared passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences at every touchpoint.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury hotel environment.
- Availability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build genuine rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A good working knowledge of Opera PMS.
- A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A deep passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
