Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing property viewings, and facilitating successful transactions within the property market for both sales and lettings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, people skills, and a keen interest in properties - estate agency. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and provide tailored property options once registering clients and then book viewings.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring clients are well-informed about each property’s features
- Negotiate offers between clients and landlords or vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales and lettings processes, including preparing documentation and updating records
- Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the transaction process to ensure a high level of customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with local estate agents, landlords, and potential clients
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels to maximise exposure and attract suitable applicants - Photos & Floorplans
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, demonstrating organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- A professional demeanour with a proactive attitude towards sales targets and client satisfaction
- Previous experience within property sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Must have previous sales experience in any field
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
- Must have own car - Company car is not provided

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,721.12 per year
