We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handy person to join our property maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across residential and/or commercial properties.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in general property maintenance or a similar role.
- Be competent in basic joinery, plumbing, electrical repairs, and painting and decorating.
- Be able to diagnose maintenance issues and carry out effective repairs.
- Work independently while managing their workload efficiently.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
- Have good communication and customer service skills to communicate with tenants, clients, and team members
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
- Own selection of well maintained tools to allow them to carry out the work.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
This role is ideal for a multi-skilled tradesperson who enjoys varied work and can confidently turn their hand to a wide range of maintenance tasks in both residential and commercial properties.
