We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the Local Authority. About the role:
You will be required to development and maintain Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP) across the Local Authority for Children with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Maintaining a caseload of children with EHCPs and attend annual reviews to amend plans as required. Liaise with providers of childcare, education or vocational provision to source appropriate placements for children and young people with EHCP.

- Able to manage a varied caseload, prioritise workload, and meet statutory deadlines.
