Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in maintaining and repairing vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for working with cars.
Pay Negotiable Depending On Experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles
- Perform vehicle inspections to identify potential problems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs conducted
- Calculate and provide customers with prices for jobs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairs
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
- Be able to provide your own tools
- Hold a clean and full UK driving licence
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hold formal qualifications in automotive mechanics
- Be computer literate
Working Hours
Monday: 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Saturday: Negotiable
