Join us as a Theatre Recovery Team Leader and play a key role in leading and developing our recovery service. This role calls for a highly motivated and committed individual with strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, alongside the clinical credibility to inspire and support a dedicated recovery team.
This exciting opportunity combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibility in a busy and varied theatre environment. You'll benefit from a diverse surgical caseload that will broaden your knowledge and experience, while giving you the chance to further develop your clinical, management and decision-making skills. As a role model and mentor, you'll help drive high standards of care, support staff development and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service.
