Desirable :Level 2 Adult Care/ Or appropriate experience
Derby - DE12- Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain injuries and Complex Health
Wolverhampton - WV4- Experience working with adults with learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD and associated behavioural challenges, sensory impairment, physical disabilities, and sexualised behaviours or equally, complex health care needs.
Wednesbury - WS10- Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities, who may also have physical, sensory and invasive care needs

Children’s Services:
Desirable : level 3 Diploma Residential Care (Children’s services)/ Or appropriate experience
Walsall - WS9, WS8- Experience working with YP with moderate to severe learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, PTSD, associated behavioural challenges (trauma and attachment difficulties) and complex needs.
Dudley - DY3- Experience working with YP with learning disabilities, Behaviours that challenge and sensory impairments, Autism, ADHD, Aspergers, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Downs Syndrome, Global Developmental delay, and mainstream presenting behaviours. It would be useful to know sign language such as Makaton, objects of reference, PECS, social stories, and other communication aids.
Wolverhampton - WV4- Experience working with YP with learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD, associated behavioural challenges, Aspergers, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Downs Syndrome, Global Developmental, Delay and Muscular Dystrophy amongst other conditions and physical disability. It would be useful to know sign language such as Makaton, objects of reference, PECS, social stories, and other communication aids.
Birmingham - B65- Experience working with YP with learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD and associated behavioural challenges, sensory impairment, physical disabilities and sexualised behaviours
or, equally, with complex health care needs
Coventry - CV2- Experience working with YP with learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairment, sexualised behaviours and /or complex care needs.
Work with Care Dedications to make a real difference to people's lives which require extra support.
Musts also provide us with the following proof before proceeding to the next stage
1) Proof of address
2) Proof of Practical Moving and handling certificate (desirable)
3)Proof of DBS being on updated service
4) Up to date CV indicating experience relevant to area apply as documented above
