Summary
We are seeking a Cleaner/ assistant Supervisor to join our dedicated team in a Secondary school in Bradford on avon.
This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and supporting the supervision of daily operations, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding cleaning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist the supervisor in managing daily cleaning operations.
- Support training and guidance for new team members.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the management.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous supervisory or assistant supervisory experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in cleaning environments.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
