The salary listed represents the full-time equivalent, and will be pro-rated to reflect the actual hours worked. I.e. 20 hours £13,747.13, 30 hours £20,620.70
Relationships Coventry & Warwickshire is a charitable organisation supporting individuals, couples, families and children across varying services.
This is a demanding administrative role requiring commitment and dedication. We are looking for a reliable individual that is organised, compassionate, and motivated, with excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail and a confident telephone manner, to join our Centre Support Team.
Recent experience working in a fast-paced customer/client services role is essential, and training on our internal processes will be provided.
The role involves supporting clients, professionals, and colleagues with their enquiries, as well as using initiative within the team to complete day-to-day administrative tasks to support the running of this organisation. The role requires empathy, understanding and an approachable demeanour.
20 hour post:
Mon: 12-5pm, Tue: 3.30pm-9pm, Wed: 3.30-9pm, Thu: Non-working day, Fri: 12-4pm
Capacity to be flexible regarding these hours, upon necessity, is essential.
30 hour post:
Mon: Non-working day, Tue: 9am-5pm, Wed: 9am-5pm, Thu: 9.30-6pm, Fri: 8.30-4pm
