Land Reclamation at Casey
Our Land Reclamation and Civils division plays a vital role in shaping safer, more accessible, and sustainable environments. The team delivers civil engineering, infrastructure, and environmental improvement schemes for local authorities, housing providers, and national bodies, supporting regeneration‑led projects across public realm, highways, parks, heritage spaces, and wider environmental improvements.
Known for operating successfully in live and constrained environments, the Land Reclamation team combines strong technical expertise with collaboration and problem‑solving to deliver practical, safe, and long‑lasting solutions. No two projects are the same, making the work both varied and rewarding, while always aligned with our core purpose of Improving Lives.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a motivated and technically capable Site Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and wants to play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where you'll have real responsibility, exposure to a wide variety of projects and the chance to further develop your technical and professional skills.
You'll work closely with experienced Site Managers, Contracts Managers, Commercial Teams, Clients and Consultants, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards.

The Detail
As a Site Engineer, you'll be a vital member of the project team, providing engineering expertise and supporting the successful delivery of works on site.
· Provide accurate setting out and engineering support throughout project delivery.
· Monitor progress, resources, materials and site conditions, maintaining clear project records.
· Support commercial activities through measurement, valuations and reporting.
· Liaise with clients, consultants, designers and subcontractors to ensure effective project coordination.
· Contribute to programme planning, project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Promote the highest standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
· Support the development of trainees and continuously enhance your own technical knowledge and skills.
What You'll Bring
· A relevant construction or engineering qualification (NVQ Level 4 or equivalent).
· Site engineering experience within construction, civils or infrastructure projects.
· Strong technical, setting-out and problem-solving skills.
· Great attention to detail and organisational ability.
· Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
· A proactive attitude and commitment to working safely and collaboratively.
· Knowledge of multiple civils trades and techniques.
· Experience working directly with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
· Understanding of modern civils methods and technologies
