The suitable candidate would have:
- Cleaning experience within a school setting
- Clean DBS
- To carry out general cleaning tasks of classrooms and offices.
- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to work independently and use own initiative
- Demonstrate a reliable and responsible approach
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to supervise and coordinate tasks for a cleaning team
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients and staff
- Prior experience in customer service to ensure client satisfaction
