Job Summary
ELA Comectronica Sarri Ltd. is looking for an organised, customer-focused, and technically confident IT Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Bristol.
You will coordinate day-to-day IT service activities, monitor support requests, communicate with users and technical teams, and help ensure services are delivered within agreed timescales. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop experience in IT service management, operations, customer support, and technology coordination.
The position is suitable for someone with experience in IT support, service coordination, administration, customer service, or operations who enjoys solving problems and keeping people informed.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily IT service requests, incidents, changes, and operational activities.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure requests progress within agreed service levels.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, employees, and technical teams.
- Provide clear updates regarding incidents, service requests, and planned work.
- Schedule technical appointments, maintenance activities, and engineer workloads.
- Prioritise urgent requests and escalate service risks appropriately.
- Support incident, request, problem, and change-management processes.
- Maintain accurate records in ticketing, CRM, and service-management systems.
- Track service performance, deadlines, outstanding actions, and customer commitments.
- Prepare service reports, meeting notes, performance updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication during service interruptions and system maintenance.
- Work with infrastructure, applications, service desk, project, and supplier teams.
- Assist with customer onboarding, account setup, and service-transition activities.
- Follow up with users to confirm that technical issues have been resolved.
- Identify recurring service problems and recommend practical improvements.
- Help maintain service-quality standards and positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, service delivery, operations, administration, customer service, scheduling, or a related area is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and standard business applications.
- Ability to manage several requests and changing priorities.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to learn IT service-management processes and technical terminology.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ITIL, service desks, CRM platforms, or IT support tools is advantageous but not required.
- Relevant qualifications, practical experience, certifications, and transferable skills will be considered.

Pay: £2,500.00-£3,500.00 per month
