We are currently looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our growing team.
The Role
This is a varied front-office role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and dealing directly with customers. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing a variety of clerical and organisational tasks to facilitate efficient office operations.
You will be confident at handling phone calls, managing customer enquiries, checking stock availability, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome walk-in customers and provide front-desk support in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to email enquiries professionally
- Collect and record customer and vehicle information accurately
- Check stock availability and provide updates to customers
- Assist customers with product enquiries, orders, and quotations
- Liaise with workshop staff and management regarding orders and repairs
- Process invoices, payments, and delivery paperwork
- Manage bookings, collections, and customer updates
- Maintain organised office records and filing systems
- Support online order administration and order tracking
- Handle general administrative duties to support daily business operations
- Maintain a professional and friendly customer experience at all times
Skills & Experience Required
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience within the automotive, motor trade, or parts industry would be preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 1:00pm (rota basis)
